The above named vessel was detained in port Oristano  (Italy) on 6 June 2023 and left the port on 17 June 2023, but failed to call at the repair yard in Tuzla (Turkey) as agreed.

The ship was followed both from official AIS/LRIT tracking site (PELAGUS system which receive information from AIS and LRIT transmitted from ships) and public systems (Marine traffic and vessel finders).

In accordance with section 4.2 of the Paris Memorandum of Understanding on Port state Control, Article 21.4 of Eu Council Directive 2009/16/EC1 and article 24.1 of national Decree March 24th, 2011 No.53, the above named vessel will be refused access to any port and anchorages in the Paris MoU region, except a port and anchorage of the ship’s flag State.
