The Paris MoU does not store personal data longer than necessary for the mentioned goal.

The Paris MoU does not sell or share personal data.

Security

The Paris MoU has taken suitable measures to protect personal data for misuse, loss, unauthorised access, disclosure and unauthorised adjustments.

The secretariat of the Paris MoU is liaised with the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Watermanagement. Therefore possible complaints can be submitted to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens: https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl/en).
