On 24 April 2019 M/V "EDARTE" (ex AGIOS  RAFAIL) with IMO number 7118181 (flag Cameroon, ex flag Moldova ) was detained in Croatia.

The refusal of access to Paris MoU ports has been cancelled on 24 October 2019.
